Audrey graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2016. Prior to reading law in Manchester, Audrey obtained her Diploma in Law & Management at Temasek Polytechnic in 2011.
She completed both her Relevant Legal Training (in 2015) and Practice Training Contract (in 2016) at PY Legal LLC. She has since remained in practice at the firm.
Her main areas of practice include family, civil and criminal litigation, and corporate law. Audrey has appeared as both lead and co-counsel before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Family Justice Courts and State Courts, and has represented her clients at contested trials, hearings and mediation in Court.
In the Family Justice Courts, Audrey has acted in contested and uncontested matters involving custody, care and control of children, guardianship of infants, ancillary matters, personal protection orders and family violence.
She also advises on various legal issues and matters including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial matters, estate and probate matters including the drafting of Last Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other contractual matters including employment and landlord-tenancy issues.
Audrey is able to explain legal proceedings and terminology to her clients in a simple and comprehensive way that allows them to navigate their legal problems and better understand their legal rights. She prides herself on being able to provide practical and creative solutions to her clients and has facilitated amicable resolutions of matters whilst ensuring her client’s interests are protected. Her honest and candid approach to all matters entrusted to her have earned her the trust of her clients.
Audrey is proud to be a Catholic and an alumni of the St. Anthony’s Canossian Convent Schools.
Audrey is married with a son. When she's not in the office, she is either running after her little boy or having a dose of caffeine to recharge or exploring different types of craft beers.
